WHAT SHIPPING TYPES DO YOU HAVE?
- We use J&T Express for deliveries within the Philippines. However, in some areas, we use different couriers, such as LBC.
Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Processing time depends on the type of order:
- Standard Metro Manila: 7-10 business days from the order date.
- Standard Provincial: 7-12 business days from the order date.
- Pre-order: 30-60 business days from the order date.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its delivery progress. If you experience any delays, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we do not support international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to include international orders in the future.
